The book brings together the knowledge, experience and creativity of 20 top Bulgarian chefs. I am extremely proud and feel very lucky to know these chefs and to have worked with them on this book. They are so brave to have revolutionised Bulgarian cuisine with new and modern flavours. Of course this new generation of chefs haven’t created an entirely new cuisine, they have rather discovered new ways to combine traditional foods with new ingredients and tastes.

The Bulgarian Chefs cookbook is beautiful, with many interesting recipes from great chefs. It is great to see the chefs showing their strong skills in the kitchen. Culinary books form Eastern Europe are now very popular but there are few books in English from Bulgaria, so adding one to the bookshelves of chefs around the world will be a great addition. The layout of the book is very attractive and my personal thought is that it will be a new ‘gem’ in the culinary bookshelf at every food lovers home.
